Sol is a Market Strategist with over 20 years’ experience on Mass Market Retail in the Us and Europe. She has collaborated with major players in the retail field as Toys R Us, Carrefour, Decathlon and Cortefiel

Her experience covers Food, Apparel, Sporting Goods and Toys areas and she has developed her professional activity in the United States, Spain, France, UK, Italy, Germany, and Portugal.

She currently leads the international development of Wiwo Kids in the American continent to position its range of philanthropic toys in the leading brick and mortar and digital retailers.

As a seasoned buyer in Toys R Us, Sol has developed an expertise creating 360-degree strategic plans covering product, sales, finance, pricing, supply chain, marketing, and operations. This type of strategic planning was key to bring her company to leading positions with brands as Disney Princesses, Hot Wheels, Leap Frog or Playmobil

Sol has experience in adapting lines of products to different markets.

She has created ranges of toys under iconic brands as Imaginarium and has adapted product and packaging according to local cultural needs and regulations.

Sol has a deep knowledge of Operations, Sales and Communication channels in Retail, and she has led successful national and international Marketing programs.

Sol has obtained a double degree in International Business from the Pontifical University of Comillas (ICADE) and Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims (ESC Reims)

She is trilingual: Spanish / English / French.
