Marta, graduated in Law at the University of Navarra, has extensive experience in providing tax advice to Individuals and Legal Entities, both Tax Residents in Spain and Non-Residents.
Her expertise is focused on providing a legal-tax advisory service, from the point of view of the Spanish legislation but both nationally and internationally, to the expatriate / posted worker / Company, with the aim of providing accurate knowledge of the tax situation, as well as the tax links that may be maintained in origin (especially, the tax obligations still obliged to comply), always providing personalized advice and analyzing the casuistry of each expatriate, worker or Company in particular.
This professional experience acquired over all these years has allowed her to be Co-Founder of GGL Asesores, a firm from which she provides services that, among others objectives, aim to make the way much easier for the expatriate/worker or company in their move abroad, being, in turn, the point of contact with the Spanish Tax Administration in order to comply with all tax obligations that would arise from the residence status of each of them due to their relocation.
