Manuel O. Cruz-Diaz, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States. Born in Puerto Rico, he lives and works in Orlando (Florida) since 2013.
In 2013 he founded the accounting firm CPAs Outsource LLC in Orlando, and its registered trademarks Ultimate Tax Shield and CPA@Cloud, dedicated to negotiating with different agencies its clients’ overdue tax debts, and offering all kinds of services remotely, respectively. .
In 2015 he was a member of the Board of Directors at the Puerto Rico Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida.
He is currently an advisor at the Central Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, offering different types of training and consulting to its members.
During the last eight years, Manuel has helped countless foreigners from all over the world by providing consulting on how to start a business in the United States and what it takes to comply with all tax laws at the federal and state level.
